Cancellation Policy

By booking an appointment, you agree to the following policies: If the booking is for anyone under the age of 18 please bring a parent or guardian to sign the consent form. If using Accutane or other acne products, depending on the service, Lynx Beauty Lounge might not be able to preform the service your booking till you stop using for a certain amount of time, and you may need to wait some time to go back to using it after the service. If you have any questions on this please contact us. After hours appointments are $50 extra. DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS: • Services can be paid via: Cash, E-Transfer, Debit, Credit Card, or AfterPay • LYXN Beauty Lounge does NOT offer refunds on any service. LATE POLICY: • Every 10 minutes late = $10 late fee • 30 minutes late = appointment cancelled • Late cancellations may result in fees listed below. CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS: • 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule. • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service fee. • No-shows must pay 100% of the missed service PLUS the full price of their next appointment before rebooking. LASH EXTENSION POLICIES: • You must have at least 70% of your lashes remaining to be considered a fill. • Foreign fills (another technician’s work) are +$20 on top of the regular fill price. • Touch up must be within 7 days of the original appointment GENERAL LIABILITY: I understand that all services carry risks, including allergic reactions, irritation, injury, infection, burns, or unsatisfactory results. I voluntarily choose to receive treatment and accept all associated risks. I release Lynx Beauty Lounge, its owners, employees, and contractors from any liability, claims, damages, injuries, or expenses arising from services or products provided. Lynx Beauty Lounge is not responsible for medical costs, corrective treatments, lost income, or any related expenses. BY BOOKING, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
