Terms & Conditions
By booking an appointment, you agree to the following policies:
DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
• A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required before booking.
(Deposit goes toward your service total.)
• Services can be paid via:
Cash, E-Transfer, Debit, or Credit Card
• LYXN Beauty Lounge does NOT offer refunds on any service.
LATE POLICY
• Every 10 minutes late = $10 late fee
• 30 minutes late = appointment cancelled
• Late cancellations may result in fees listed below.
CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS
• 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
• Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service fee.
• No-shows must pay 100% of the missed service PLUS the full price of their next appointment before rebooking.
LASH EXTENSION POLICIES
• You must have at least 40% of your lashes remaining to be considered a fill.
• Foreign fills (another technician’s work) are +$20 on top of the regular fill price.
• a full fill are NOT touch ups.
• Must have 75% of lashes remaining
• Must be within 7 days of the original appointment.
• Squeeze-ins & after-hours appointments are +$50.
• We offer 24–48 hours to fix lash issues such as:
• Excessive shedding
• Lash twisting
If you do not like the set you requested (length, style, etc.), this is not considered a correction. Changes will require booking a new service.
ALLERGIC REACTIONS (LASHES)
• Any itching, redness, swelling, or allergic reaction will result in a paid lash removal of $30.
• No refunds will be given for biological reactions — everyone reacts differently.
• Any/all allergic reactions from services at LYXN Beauty Lounge are not the responsibility of the company and will not result in refunds.
FACIAL SERVICES
• Please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face.
• Avoid active retinol or harsh exfoliation 48 hours before your appointment.
• Skin sensitivities must be disclosed before service.
SPRAY TANNING
• Arrive with clean skin (no lotions, oils, deodorant, or perfume).
• Exfoliate 24 hours before appointment.
• Wear loose, dark clothing after service.
WAXING SERVICES
• Hair must be long enough for proper removal.
• If hair is too short, the appointment will need to be rescheduled.
• The deposit will NOT be refunded if hair is too short.
• Please arrive with a clean body for body waxing services.
GENERAL LIABILITY
• By booking, you acknowledge and accept all service risks.
• Results vary from person to person.
