• We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if it is unsafe, inappropriate, or outside our scope of practice.

2. Payments

• A valid credit or debit card may be required to secure appointments.

• We accept Cash, Debit, Credit Card, E-Transfer, and Afterpay.

• Prices are subject to change without notice.

• All services, gift cards, memberships, deposits, and product sales are final unless required by law.

7. Shipping & Local Pickup

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary by carrier. Lynx Beauty Lounge is not responsible for shipping delays or packages marked as delivered. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Local pickup may be available when offered.

8. Chargebacks

If you have a concern regarding a payment or service, please contact us so we can work toward a resolution. Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may be disputed and pursued through the appropriate legal or collection process.
