Less than 24 hours' notice: 50% of the service fee will be charged. if you cancel 1 hour or less from your appointment you will be charged 100% No-shows: 100% of the service fee will be charged. A valid credit card is required to secure your appointment and may be charged for late cancellations, no-shows, or unpaid fees.
