Monthly Facial Subscription Policy
By enrolling in our monthly facial subscription program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Billing & Auto-Pay Authorization
All subscriptions are billed automatically on a monthly basis using the payment method provided at the time of enrollment. By signing up, you authorize recurring charges until the subscription is canceled in accordance with this policy.
2. Minimum Commitment
This subscription requires a minimum commitment of 12 months. If the subscription is canceled before completing the 12-month term, a $70 early cancellation fee will be charged.
3. Missed Appointments / No Rollovers
Monthly facials must be used within the billing cycle. Unused services do not roll over to future months and will be forfeited if not used.
4. Missed or Failed Payments
If a payment is missed, declined, or returned, a 5% late fee will be applied to the outstanding balance. Services may be paused until the account is brought up to date.
5. Appointment Booking & Availability
Appointments are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide proper notice may result in the loss of that month’s service.
7. Non-Transferable
Subscriptions are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered client.
8. Price Adjustments
We reserve the right to adjust pricing with prior notice. Existing members will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any changes.
9. Agreement Acknowledgment
By enrolling, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in this policy.
