Gently exfoliate your skin. Pump a small amount of mousse to your self-tanningmitt and gently apply to clean dry skin. Working in sections on your body, rubthe mousse in an even circular motion, applying more mousse to your mitt asnecessary. The mousse will absorb and dry quickly. To ensure the best results,pay close attention to ankles, knees, elbows, hands, and feet for smooth, evenabsorption. For any dry spots, apply SunnaTan Hydrate Me Lotion beforemousse application. Shower without soap after your desired tanning time (3hours for light, 6 hours for medium, 8 for dark).
