1. Appointment Commitment

   
   

   All scheduled sessions are reserved specifically for you. We ask that you respect the scheduled time and arrive promptly.

2. Late Arrivals

   
   

   If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting subsequent appointments. The full session fee will still apply.

3. No-Show Policy

   
   

   Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a “no-show.” In such cases, the session will be forfeited and cannot be rescheduled or reused at a later time.

4. Cancellation Policy

   
   

   Cancellations must be made within the required notice period (if applicable). Late cancellations may be treated as a no-show at our discretion.

5. Session Deduction

   
   

   For clients using prepaid packages or plans:

   • Any missed or no-show appointment will result in the session being deducted from your package.

   • The forfeited session cannot be reinstated, transferred, or credited.

6. Agreement

   
   

   By booking a session, you acknowledge and accept these terms. These policies are in place to ensure fairness and availability for all clients.
